BUSINESS & BURGERS is a company that creates, produces, and distributes content, and provides a variety of products and services.

This privacy policy explains how Business & Burgers LLC (“B&B”) collects, uses and discloses information about you when you use B&B’s website (the “Site”) and other online products and services that link to this privacy policy (collectively, the “Service”) or when you otherwise interact with B&B. by using a third party Service, you consent to B&B’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy policy.

Collection of Information Information You Provide to B&B B&B collects information you directly give to B&B. Information B&B Collects Automatically When You Use the Service

Security and Storage of Information B&B takes reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, but B&B cannot guarantee that its system is infallible. B&B is based in the United States, and the information B&B collects is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Service or otherwise providing information to B&B, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries. Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information with Microsoft • B&B may share Personally Identifiable Information about you with Microsoft. “Personal Information” or “PII” means any information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person. PII includes a person’s name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, or government-issued ID numbers, financial information, and account numbers. PII also includes information associated or combined with PII (such as a personal profile, unique identifier, biometric information, or IP address). If B&B makes a list of leads, including PII, available to Microsoft, B&B will ensure to the best of its knowledge and ability, it has complied with all legal requirements and industry standards for privacy protection in connection with the list. These requirements include providing the appropriate notices and obtaining necessary consent to share the list with Microsoft, and for Microsoft to receive and use PII for the purposes of contacting individuals about products, services, events, or offers. B&B will ensure that the provision of the list to Microsoft will not violate any agreement or obligation between B&B and a third party.

Analytics and Advertising Services B&B may allow third parties to provide analytics and advertising services to B&B. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Service and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, time spent on the Site, Content you view and download, web browser, pages viewed, links clicked on and conversion information. This information may be used by B&B and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the Service and other websites, and better understand your online activity. Your Choices

Account Information If you wish to delete your account, please contact B&B at support@businessandburgers.com. Note that B&B may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as may be necessary to fulfill the purposes identified in the privacy policy. B&B may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Cookies Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your web browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third party flash cookies used in connection with the Service. Promotional Communications You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from B&B by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, B&B may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or its ongoing business relations with you.

Your California Privacy Rights California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. However, please note that under the law, services such as the Service that permit California residents to opt into or opt out of this type of sharing are not required to provide such information upon receiving a request, but rather may respond by notifying the user of his or her right to prevent the disclosure.
